When I started the Skilled Girl to Woman Foundation, I carried a simple but powerful dream: to see young girls in our communities rise above limitations, discover their gifts, and turn those gifts into opportunities. I believe that every girl, no matter her background, deserves the chance to gain the skills, confidence, and resilience she needs to shape her own future.
Our foundation is more than just a training hub — it is a safe space where girls learn, grow, and believe in themselves. Through our mentorship and health awareness programs, we address not only their personal and professional development but also their physical and emotional well-being. We believe that a healthy girl is an empowered girl—ready to face life with energy and purpose.
By introducing entrepreneurship early, we are not only teaching them how to earn an income but also showing them how to think creatively, solve problems, and stand strong in the face of challenges. I have seen shy girls become bold leaders, young women turn ideas into small businesses, and trainees use their skills to support their families. These transformations are the heartbeat of our work.

Our Current Work & Urgent Need
Currently, our foundation conducts mentorship programs and health talks in schools, helping teenage girls gain knowledge and guidance. However, we do not yet have a dedicated training center where they can learn vocational skills like tailoring, baking, hairdressing, and digital literacy.
To truly empower these girls and provide hands-on skills training, we need a permanent facility where they can learn, practice, and grow.
How You Can Support Us
